Can we raise prices without losing customers?

Usually, but not everywhere. Some products or customer groups are already priced past the point where a rise adds revenue, and an average won't tell you which.

Why it's hard
Price sensitivity varies a lot between sites, products and customer groups, and full sites behave differently. An average hides both.
What we model
Price sensitivity for each site, product or group, pooled so smaller ones still get an answer, allowing for capacity, with a range on every estimate.
What you get
Where a rise adds revenue, where to hold, and where a cut earns more.
